Good feedback from my tutor on this piece in which see liked the idea of creating images where I'd brought the outside in. I liked the way she used the word confusion to describe one of my more favorite images because I think this describes the images in a very interesting way, yes they do create a kind of confused perspective to the eye with the fusion of two very familiar scenes which stop you in your tracks and make you evaluate what it is your actually looking at. I suppose I did worry a bit that I might have gone a bit too far in some case but at no point does might tutor even mention that she felt I step into the realms of complete unrealistic almost fantasy imagery because I really tried hard to keep them as much as possible rooted in the real world. Of course with any good feedback there is still some room for improve in areas I'd already highlighted myself but also in some I hadn't even considered, for example she mentions the idea of the image of the book shelf actually having books related to the message of conservation and the great outdoors. This is something I'll clearly have to look into as I want the strongest body of work I can produce at the end of the day with as much of my message in it as I can cram in. Still leaves me much to think about and work on as I move towards creating my final collection.
